Kavurma

4 struka praziluka
300g sojinih ljuspica
500g pecurki
2 sargarepe
zacini: so, biber, aleva paprika
4dl piva
1kasika brasna

300g sojinih ljuspica potopiti u vrelu vodu, ostaviti da odstoji.
Izdinstati 4 struka praziluka, dodati seckane pecurke, ocedjenu soju i rendanu sargarepu, dodati zacine.Dinstati treba dok ne bude suvo.
Sipati u vatrostalnu ciniju i peci 10 minuta na 150C.
Umutiti pivo, brasno i kasiku aleve paprike, preliti preko smese u vatrostalnoj ciniji, protresti i vrtiti u rernu jos 10-tak minuta.
Seci na kocke kada je sasvim hladno.
