Rum torta

Napraviti patispanj od 12 jaja,12 kasika secera i 12 kasika brasna.Peci u četvrtastom ili pravougaonom plehu.Iseci na tanje panjtlike(trake).

Fil:

6 zumanaca,6 kasika secera,6 stangli cokolade,250g putera i soljica skuvane crne kafe.Sve to sastaviti i staviti na sporet samo da provri i da se puter istopi.

Potrebno je 2dl ruma.Serpu podmazati rumom,pa redjati trake.Svaki red patispanja pre sipanja fila poprskati rumom.Serpa sa tortom treba da prenoci u frizideru.Izruciti na tacnu i premazati samom ili slagom.
